Subsidized Child Care

Subsidized Child Care helps income eligible families pay for day care services while parents work. Eligibility for this program and an assessed copayment are based on family size and income. The actual cost of child care, up to a county ceiling rate is paid by CCIS.

Reside in your county Are a US Citizen or Legal Alien Are employed at least 20 hours per week Are promised a job to begin within 30 days Are a full time high school student Meet current income guidelines **Food Stamp - TANF - Former TANF recipients may also be eligible	Pay Stubs (4 of the most recent 6 weeks) Birth Certificates Child Support Proof of Address Photo ID of Parents/Caretakers
