Preschool Services Program Director Position

Northern Tier Community Action Corporation is accepting applications for a full-time Preschool Services Program Director. This position is responsible for daily operations, planning, and supervision of the programs in accordance with agency guidelines/policies and Head Start regulations and protocols. This is an active office environment position with continual interaction with management, staff, and program participants. This employee should have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and decision-making skills, strong negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure when needed.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Special Services, Business, Education or a similar discipline with administrative proposal writing capability and previous adult supervision experience is required. A Master’s Degree is preferred.
