Northern Tier Community Action Corporation is accepting resumes for Weatherization Director.
The position based in Emporium is full time Monday – Friday and offers a salary range of $45,000 – $60,000 based on experience, plus benefits. This position serves as a principle liaison to the Executive Director and state agency representatives and manages all daily program operations and provides direct supervision to program staff. A High School diploma is required, and a minimum of five years of experience in weatherization, housing rehabilitation or a related construction field is preferred. Five years of experience in related social services, customer service, or a minimum of two years of experience as a manager, administrator or supervisor is required. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills along with strong organizational and decision-making skills are preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
